PROBLEMS AND MECHANISMS FOR DEVELOPING PUBLIC RELATIONS IN THE INFORMATION SERVICE
Abstract
The article describes public administration, the role of public relations, the formation and development of public relations through information service and its place in public administration. It is noted that in government agencies, public relations departments act as a bridge in their communication with the public; one of the important tasks of PR today is to support the trend of globalization; the flow of information must be clearly structured and organized, while the information must be understandable not only to specialists, but the general public. The advantage of a social network is analyzed, including the fact that today there is the formation of communications mediated by information technology, including feedback from political systems to social networks, communications between participants in the political system, increasing the efficiency of the means of disseminating information in the modern information society. The information service carries out public relations, that is, mutual understanding through communication with the organization and its public, cooperation and support functions in relation to the organization, which is revealed through examples.
