Abstract

The article examines the concepts of text and media text, the differences between them, the main requirements for the formation of media text, its specific principles, the linguistic structure of media texts, the requirements for accurate transmission of the transmitted information to the addressee and its adequate understanding. The aim of the research is to study the linguistic and stylistic features of media texts and their structure, to determine the role of linguistic criteria in the creation of media texts, and to study the main categories and typology of media texts. The practical results of the research are as follows: recommendations are given for the use of linguistic rules that determine the level of media texts, linguistic and paralinguistic factors that contribute to the improvement of text effectiveness; practical experiments on their components in the creation of media texts and the methodological norms imposed on them. The scientific novelty of the article is determined by the characteristics of media texts that differ from ordinary texts in modern media communication, the peculiarities of the mass media aspect in the form of a media text, the role of using linguistic criteria in the preparation of materials that meet modern requirements; creating a strategy for introducing a media text into the communicative space, studying the norms of using the interpretation method when dividing a text into parts; linguostylistic means that ensure the effectiveness of a media text: means of artistic representation, types of words according to the relationship between form and meaning, paremiological units, quotation, personalization (personification) of the language , stylistic figures, the meaning of tropes is shown based on the analysis.
