DIGITAL PR TECHNOLOGY AND PR STRATEGIES: INTERNATIONAL AND NATIONAL EXPERIENCE
Abstract
In recent years, digital PR technologies and PR strategies have become increasingly significant in the fields of marketing and public relations. Unlike traditional PR, digital PR utilizes interactive tools to establish more effective communication with the target audience. This article examines the essence of digital PR technologies, their role in international and national practice, key differences from traditional PR, and methods of brand promotion through modern communication channels. The study explores the primary tools of digital PR, including SEO optimization, content marketing, brand positioning, social media advertising strategies, collaboration with bloggers and influencers, and the effectiveness of interactive marketing techniques. Additionally, the research analyzes modern approaches to strengthening brand image, increasing customer loyalty, and engaging target audiences. The article highlights the success factors of digital PR campaigns, strategies for enhancing user engagement, and methods for improving the efficiency of marketing communications. The analysis results indicate that the use of digital PR technologies plays a crucial strategic role in enhancing the competitiveness of companies and organizations, establishing seamless audience engagement, and strengthening brand credibility. International and national experience demonstrates that digital PR technologies are essential not only for commercial enterprises but also for governmental institutions and non-governmental organizations. The study also provides insights into future development trends in digital PR and offers recommendations for its further advancement
